TASTE THE GOODNESS OF GOD FOR YOURSELF
Prophecy given through Barbara A. Williams, June 10, 2001

"Oh! The Lord is Good!" says the Lord. "I am Good!" says God. "No matter what you think about Me, what you've been told about Me, what others say about Me, I AM A GOOD GOD!" says the Lord. "And you will only know that through experience. You won't know it through men's words. You won't know it through what you read in the Bible, even. You'll know it to a degree; but you'll have to step in and see what I want with you," says the Spirit of God. "You've got to take a chance on being changed forever," says the Lord.

"Oh! Come, and taste, and see that the Lord is good! Oh! Come, and taste, and see that the lord is good! Come and taste and see that I am good," says the Lord. "For I am much better to you than you've been to yourself, or to anybody else," says the Spirit of God. "I am much better to you as God than you would be to yourself as a man. You need Me," says God. "You need Me everyday," says the Lord. "You need Me to speak to you. You need to know that I love you. You need to have confidence in Me, and you need to work with Me so that you can receive the things that you so desperately need," says the Lord. "For I am a God who meets needs... and I go beyond that," says the Spirit. "I am the God of Abundance. I am the God of provision. I am the God of Love. I am the God who understands, and I have a plan for you," says the Lord. "But it entails you come in to see what I want," says the Lord. "You need to come and experience Me. You need to know that I am Good. You need to know it for yourself. You need to know through your own experience that I am Good, because I intend for everybody to experience My goodness," says the Lord. "Because it is the one thing that the world is starving for. It is the goodness of God. And men are trying to fill that void with things. They're trying to fill it with riches. They're trying to fill it with knowledge. They're trying to fill it with job promotions and new things - always inventing new things - Ever-learning! Ever-learning! Ever-learning! Ever-learning but never coming to a knowledge of the Truth of who I am!" says the Spirit of God.

"So I have called you to this place at this time that you might come and taste and see that I am good. Come and taste and see that I am good," says the Spirit of God. "Come and taste and see that I am good," says the Lord.
