Dear
Family of God,
I
would like to take this time to give you a report on our ministry.
It has been a full year since our last issue was published.
Much has happened since then, and I can only share the
highlights with you.
In
July of 2003, I moved my residence from Macomb Township, Michigan.
As many of you know, our Ministry has two chapters, one in
Ohio, the other in Michigan.
It was always my plan and desire to move back to Ohio, and
commute to our ministry here in Michigan.
Since we began as a school of ministry, I felt we would raise
up other ministers to preach and teach, also, and I could have help
with the duties of ministry.
In the ten years I have been in Detroit, I have seen many
people come and go in our meetings.
Some have stayed, responding to the call as watchmen, and
some have responded to the call to preach as five-fold ministers.
We have made a great deal of progress over the fifteen-year
history of this ministry, and I feel that the greatest years still
await us.
My
move to Ohio has made it possible for me to build a storage and
garage facility for our vehicles.
This 2,400 square foot building is located on the three-acre
property that contains my residence, also.
It is convenient to the turnpike and allows me to be in
Michigan in less than two hours, yet it is close enough for me to
minister at the Cleveland meeting on the Sundays after empowerment
meeting. I praise God for the wonderful home He has given me.
This home also includes a 325 sq. ft. sanctuary, “the bonus
room” in which worship music and the Word are played 24 hours a
day, 7 days per week.
We now have a retreat in my home where the Spirit of God
dwells continually.
We use it for prayer, meditation, and healing.
Many friends and members of the ministry have visited and
been healed or given their answers to prayer while there.
Our
music ministry continues.
We have recorded several CD's, both live at our conferences
and in the Unity Universe Music Studios.
Our latest CD, “Wonderful” is a studio recording
featuring “Big Tone.”
In the works is another CD by the UC Prophets called “Rhyme
Time.”
We look forward to using all the gifts that God sends to us.
All of our artists have dedicated themselves to the service
of the Lord, and God has opened the door for them to learn ministry.
We look forward to hearing more from our artists during the
coming year.
Our
line of greeting cards was begun almost two years ago.
If you get an opportunity, please come to any of our
meetings, or conferences and see the complete line of greeting cards
we have on display. These
are inspirational cards inspired by the Word of God.
We have birthday, Mothers' and Fathers' Day, Christmas,
Thanksgiving, healing and encouragement cards.
Our books, teaching tapes and CD's and videotapes are still
available.
We recently revised our Master Prayer Manual, and it
is available.
We have a large selection of healing materials as well.
All of our products are available at the internet
bookstore,
also.
We
plan several gospel skate night gatherings in Cleveland.
If you live in the Cleveland area, please bring your young
people out for these events.
We have the UC Prophets and Big Tone, Brother Stone
of Unity Universe Music and various recording artists.
Cephas Supreme of WOBC (Oberlin College radio)
is also there to DJ these fun, but Spirit-filled events.
Many young people have given their hearts to the Lord while
at these events.
God is using every means possible to get the gospel out.
Come out with us sometime and see the power of God move to
win the lost.
Lastly,
we are pleased to announce that we will be having our ninth annual Power
and Glory of God Conference in Cleveland, Ohio August 19-22,
2004 and The Holiday Inn, 28600 Ridgehills Drive in Wickliffe,
Ohio.
Please join us for Four Days of Signs, Wonders, Miracles
and Mighty Deeds.
Our guest ministers will include Rev. David Horton of
Tulsa OK.
Rev. Horton has a very powerful healing ministry.
He worked for Norvel Hayes as his driver when he was
first called to ministry. David
does crusades all over the world, and had the privilege of leading
James Brown (the entertainer) and his wife to Christ over ten years
ago.
A few months later, his wife died following surgery.
Rev. Horton is a man of unshakable faith and his ministry has
signs following.
We are pleased and excited to have Rev. Keith Staten
as our worship leader.
We will record the praise and worship live every night, so
please come early to assure that you will have a good seat.
As always, there is no registration or charge for these
meetings, they are free and open to the public.
For
those of you who a wondering, I would like to say that our work will
continue in both Detroit and Cleveland.
We are looking for a building in Cleveland to house our
ministry and meetings, and are temporarily located in the Holiday
Inn in Wickliffe, (28600 Ridgehills Dr.). In Detroit we are located
in Eastpointe, at 15570 Toepfer.
If you desire, please CLICK
HERE for specific times and locations of all of our meetings
and conferences.
Until we meet again,
