If you are in need of healing, there is good news for you! God's word provides health and healing for us.

Proverbs 4:20-22

My son, attend to my words; incline thine ear unto my sayings.  Let them not depart from thine eyes; keep them in the midst of thine heart.  For they are life unto those that find them, and health to all their flesh.

If we really believe the Word of God is medicine, then let us take Him at His word. When the doctor gives you a prescription for natural medicine, he requires that it be taken immediately and around the clock until the disease is eradicated. Let us use that same wisdom with the word of God, and it will heal us. You may use the word as much as you like, as it is not toxic in large doses the way natural medicine sometimes is. There are no side effects to the word of God. If you have "too much" of the word in you, you may speak it out and bring healing to someone else.

1. Start today to read a healing scripture three or four times per day, as you would medicine.

2. Confess that word out loud. Mark 11:23 says we can have what we say.

3. Thank God for healing you. This exalts Him, and diminishes the disease If you are born again, the Bible says that if we diligently hearken to the voice of the Lord our God, and do that which is right in His sight and give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, none of the diseases that He brought upon the Egyptians, because "I am the Lord that healeth thee."

If you are not born again, and would like to be, God will come into your life right now, and forgive your sins and help you to live for Him. Pray: Jesus, please forgive my sins and come into my heart. Change me. Wash away my guilt and make me like you. Fill me with your Holy Spirit. Thank you that I am forgiven and I can now live for you. Amen.

Isaiah 53:4-5:     Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.

Psalm 107:20    He sent His word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.
